Is your equipment up to Hyrox standards?
Yes. All Rox Zone® products are engineered to meet or exceed HYROX specifications, ensuring the same feel, load, and experience you find on race day.

But we go beyond simply matching competition standards: our designs prioritize long-term durability, ease of use, and ease of maintenance. As gym owners and athletes ourselves, we've used countless products that failed under high-frequency, high-intensity training. Our equipment is built to survive exactly that — daily use by hundreds of athletes, far beyond what a single user would put it through.

What is the shipping time?
We ship from warehouses close to you to minimize delays.

  • France & Hong Kong: 3–10 business days
  • Bulk orders: 2–4 weeks depending on size and inventory

How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated per item, based on the weight category of each product:

  • 0–10 kg: €12 per item
  • 10–20 kg: €23 per item
  • 20–30 kg: €33 per item
  • 30 kg+: €37 per item

➡️ Orders over €350 qualify for free shipping.
The system automatically applies the correct rate at checkout to keep everything transparent and easy to understand.

Do products come assembled?
Most items are ready to use out of the box.

  • Wall ball targets require installation on a rig or wall

Everything else comes pre-assembled and pre-filled so you can train immediately.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Shipping fees apply unless the product is defective or damaged. See our Returns & Warranty Policy for full details.

Do you offer bulk or B2B discounts?
Yes. We supply gyms, teams, and coaches. Fill out our Bulk Order Form and we’ll prepare a quote based on volume and location.
